Summary

Remove the unused mikroOrmMigrations string array from packages/database/src/mikro-orm/migrations/index.ts.

Rationale

The mikro-orm.config.ts imports migrations directly and maintains its own migrationsList array with the actual migration classes. The mikroOrmMigrations string array was never used and created duplicate maintenance work when adding new migrations.

Removes 11 lines of unused code.

Closes #147
