Backend (sse-broadcaster.ts):

• Remove unused getClientCount() method
• Remove unused hasClients() method
• Remove unused broadcastProcessingStatus() method
• Remove processing:status from SSEEventType

UI (useSSE.ts):

• Remove processing:status from SSEEventType
• Remove dead case handler for processing:status

The processing:status event was never sent by the backend despite being defined in both frontend and backend. This removes the dead code on both sides.

Refs #161

Test Plan

• pnpm run typecheck passes
• Verified via grep that none of these methods/events are used anywhere
